Ecovalim Fashion and Accessories Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Ecovalim Fashion and Accessories! Below, we detail our returns, exchanges, and refunds policy, designed to guarantee your satisfaction and comply with current legal regulations in Peru.
1. Deadline for Returns and Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571). After this period, returns or exchanges will not be processed, except as provided in this policy.
2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
For your application to be eligible, the product must meet the following requirements:
- Unused : The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in the same condition as it was received.
- Original packaging : The product must include all its accessories, tags and original packaging.
- Proof of purchase : You must present a valid ticket, invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following products are excluded from this policy:
- Gift cards .
- Hygiene and personal care products that have been opened or used.
- Products on sale or promotion , unless they have manufacturing defects.
4. Product Changes
We only make changes in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects : If the product has defects or damage not caused by the customer, the exchange will be made for the same item or one of equal value.
- Shipping Errors : If you received a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
To request an exchange, please email us at ventas@ecovalimsac.com with your order details and product photos. We will provide instructions for shipping the item to our authorized address.
5. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed if the product meets the aforementioned conditions. Once the item has been received and reviewed, we will notify you by email whether your request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be credited within 10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Important note : Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will request photographic evidence and provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange or refund, as appropriate.
7. Shipping of Returned Products
The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning a product. Be sure to use a shipping service with insurance and a tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

8. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in physical stores or through third parties. This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our online store.
9. Legal Guarantee
All of our products come with a legal warranty under Law No. 29571. If the product shows defects or manufacturing defects within the warranty period, please contact us so we can resolve your case promptly.
